Free rail travel on holidays?

At China's upcoming annual two sessions, Zhu Lieyu, a National People's Congress deputy from Guangzhou, will propose that Chinese people enjoy free rail travel during the holidays for National Day, Spring Festival, Qingming Festival and Labor Day from 2013. Do you support this proposal?
