Do you think the smoking ban will be fully implemented?

To make the ban on smoking in public places effective, China's top authorities have issued a notice prohibiting Party and government officials at all levels from smoking in public and to set an example for everyone to follow. Some citizens said it is a good sign on tobacco control, but it will not be easy to put the bans into practice. Also, experts pointed out that the law's enforcement faces challenges as it does not have specific clauses on enforcement procedures and penalties for indoor smoking.
